According to Counterman Magazine, “Functional automotive fluids make up a broad category, with a wide range of very specialized and unique applications.”
ENEOS is the largest oil company in Japan, as the “original JDM oil” we’ve been working in partnership with Asian automakers for decades. As part of this partnership, ENEOS has in-house testing facilities where we follow strategies developed with each OEM partner to meet their vehicle and performance specifications, particularly for the tighter tolerances of Asian engines that are now being seen more in European and domestic vehicles.
One of the most frequent questions we are asked is, “What is in motor oil?” The Garage by ENEOS program answers this question in the new video “Engine Oil Basics,” diving into the composition of engine oil, including the different groups of base oils and the additives that enhance the composition of base oils.
ENEOS is now providing our 55 gallon drums in a unique, orange packaging. As you may know, ENEOS packaged products are available in a variety of sizes. All sizes of a particular product contain the same high performance formulation of quality base oils and additives, with dexos1TM certification (when applicable). This includes our 55 gallon drums.
The Garage dealer program by ENEOS will be producing a series of videos highlighting background about ENEOS, our products, and the technology behind our products.
If you love turbocharged AWD platforms, we know you’re also going to dig our coverage on the Subaru WRX STI, archnemesis to the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. This installment of the ENEOS “We Love Car” series highlights another of Japan’s most tunable sports sedans, and over the next couple weeks you’ll discover its full potential when modified correctly.
